Why I do this work.
I got into Medicare after watching family members get shuffled between call centers and pushed into plans that didn't fit their doctors or medications. It shouldn't work that way — not for anyone, and especially not for people who've spent 40 years earning their retirement.
So I built a practice around three things: independence (I answer to my clients, not one carrier), local knowledge (New Braunfels's provider network is different from Austin's or San Antonio's), and lifetime support (you get me on the phone, not a queue).
Medicare is what I do every day. Life insurance and annuities are a secondary service — but for the same reason: because families need honest guidance, and I'd rather they get it from someone they already trust.
